About Peter J. Nicholson, CPA

At Tax Wise CPAs, we are led by Peter Nicholson, CPA, a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida with over a decade of experience spanning private industry, public accounting, and government service.

Peter studied at Florida Atlantic University, where he earned both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting. He is licensed in the great state of Florida.

Peter’s career includes serving as a former IRS Revenue Agent with the Large Business & International (LB&I) division, where he developed a deep understanding of federal tax law, compliance, and audit processes.

 

This unique background allows him to view client situations not only from the perspective of an advisor, but also through the lens of a regulator—providing proactive strategies that minimize risk and maximize opportunity. His broad experience allows him to see the bigger picture, anticipate challenges, and provide solutions that are both practical and strategic.
